I am working on my portfolio! Barely! Oops!

Today is March 4th, 2025, and I have finally decided my terrible habits of procrastination need to stop. In the fall I began three applications to orgs and internships, and I finished none of them due to the fact that I have absolutely nothing to show for my talent. I have no evidence that I truly deserve to be here at UT Austin besides my statistics from high school. I don’t exert myself to try and find opportunities because I fear rejection. I am so full of creativity and yearn for an artistic outlet for my writing, but have nothing to put it towards because I’m too scared. For a little while I found enjoyment from posting on TikTok, showing off my apartment and my bountiful collection of clothes, but after receiving some negative comments on my appearance I quickly came to the realization that I am not meant for the social media influencer life. After weeks of contemplation and advice from my friends, I have decided to start a blog! Yay!

I intend to blog about music I listen to, books I read, events I go to, or really any of my experiences I feel worthy of blogging! I truly have no idea what I am doing, or if anyone will actually see this. Maybe it would be best if nobody ends up finding this since apparently I am Rory Gilmore when it comes to criticism. LOL
